Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel offers efficiently designed and spacious rooms, although they are kind of small but very well equipped and impeccably clean. The service is top-notch, with very helpful and polite staff who go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The location is very convenient, especially being right next to the train station. The dining experience is quite good, with a lot of variety available. Overall, a great value for money choice with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel room had a great view over the front of the main station to the water. However, it was very dirty with food on the floor underneath the room chair, and the bathroom was filthy with a toilet that didn't flush. The space was small for 2 adults and 2 kids, but manageable.
The hotel is in a superb location, right by the central station and convenient for exploring downtown Oslo. The rooms, although a bit warm at times, feature a unique and fun bunk bed for the little one. The service, despite some limitations due to a strike, was still friendly and attentive. Dining options were of good quality, and the facilities met expectations.
The hotel has a great location with easy access to public transportation. The rooms, although a bit small, were well-appointed and clean. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff providing excellent recommendations. The dining experience offered fantastic buffet breakfast choices. A well-maintained pool area adds to the overall enjoyment of the stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The location is top-notch, right next to the central train station and walking distance to many attractions. The room size was a bit of a letdown due to the ongoing strike, and cleanliness was not up to par. On the bright side, the breakfast buffet was a real treat.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though a bit small, were very clean and well-equipped with tea/coffee making facilities and a small fridge. The service was nice overall, but due to a strike, the rooms were not cleaned during our stay. The location was absolutely splendid, right by the railway station in the center of Oslo, making it convenient for travel. The dining experience was glorious, with a crowded breakfast room but a fantastic spread of food. Although I enjoyed my stay, there were some service interruptions that affected the overall experience.
